ABB Series of TZIDC Intelligent, also known as "smart" positioners combines high accuracy, adaptable control functions and easy commissioning using the auto stroke functions. The TZIDC is idealy suited for both mounting on control valves using rotary actuators using standard Namur mounting hardware, but can also be used for linear control valves.
The standard model TZIDC-100 ( V18345 ) comes with HART communication, and Profibus The TZIDC-110 ( V18346 ) Profibus the and TZIDC-120 ( V18347 ) with Fieldbus. The TZIDC can be set up for single and double acting actuators and fail safe (open or close) or fail freeze (hold last position)
